Shift Type: Per diem (varied days), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM night shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
- Take and record vital signs accurately and consistently
- Document care and observations clearly in the patient record
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential for VT or NH (as applicable)
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Comfortable working per diem evening shifts and adapting to varied assignments
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant/LNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of patient care and ADLs
- Basic clinical skills: vital signs, patient transfers, observations
- Infection prevention and safe handling procedures
- Clear, accurate documentation and basic charting
- Teamwork, time management, and reliable attendance
