Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting
• Assess resident condition and implement appropriate care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident wellbeing
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes clearly and timely
• Participate in facility-specific competency testing and skills validation
• Support infection control and safety protocols, including immunization requirements
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and care teams to promote positive outcomes

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license with license verification as required
• BLS certification (required)
• Experience or comfort working in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings preferred
• Ability to complete Trinity specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist
• Ability to pass required health screenings: 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap, influenza and COVID-19 vaccine requirements
• Successful completion of Trinity 10-panel drug screen, fit test and respirator evaluation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Basic life support and emergency response procedures
• Competency-based skills and specialty testing familiarity
