Shift Type: Per diem pool; schedule varies based on staffing needs (flexible day, evening, and night shifts available, schedule as assigned)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform thorough resident assessments and document care in a timely manner
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care
- Support infection control and immunization protocols to protect residents
- Complete required competency testing and skills checklists to maintain clinical excellence
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote resident well-being
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (Massachusetts) or eligibility to obtain one
- BLS certification required
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to complete License/Certificate Verification and Trinity specialty competency testing
- Successful completion of Trinity 10 Panel drug screen and background checks
- Current fit test and respirator evaluation as required
- Up-to-date immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, and influenza or acceptable exemptions
- Able to provide a physical/health statement as requested
Knowledge & Skills
- Long-term care nursing practices and resident-centered care
- Medication administration and clinical documentation
- Basic life support and emergency response
- Infection prevention and immunization protocols
- Ability to complete structured competency testing and skills checklists
- Comfort working in a per diem pool with variable assignments and fast onboarding requirements
