Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate Siemens MRI systems to acquire high-quality diagnostic images
- Ensure patient safety by performing thorough screening and adhering to MRI safety protocols
- Position patients with care and compassion to achieve optimal image quality
- Perform cardiac and breast imaging studies when needed, applying specialized protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and the imaging team to deliver timely, accurate studies
- Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation in PACS and EMR systems
- Participate in quality assurance and equipment checks to uphold imaging standards
Qualifications
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience in a similar setting (explicit requirement)
- Proven experience with Siemens MRI equipment is mandatory
- Cardiac and breast imaging experience is a strong plus
- Strong patient communication skills and commitment to safe imaging practices
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Siemens MRI consoles and protocols
- Understanding of MRI safety, patient screening, and emergency procedures
- Familiarity with cardiac and breast imaging techniques and specialized sequences
- Competence in patient positioning, image acquisition, and artifact reduction
- Ability to work with PACS/EMR for image storage and documentation
