Shift Type: Rotating nights, 7 days on / 7 days off, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night shift); every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy studies with accuracy and compassion
- Provide bedside and portable imaging across neonates to geriatric patients
- Prepare and administer contrast media safely when required
- Start peripheral IVs as needed for imaging procedures
- Operate PACS and modality systems (GE, Philips, Siemens) and keep clean image documentation
- Adhere to radiation safety and infection prevention standards at all times
- Collaborate with nursing, respiratory, pharmacy and other teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Deliver patient-centered positioning and imaging for a wide range of exams, including trauma and specialty studies
Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification required or equivalent credential
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant radiology experience
- Comfortable with night shift schedules and every-other-weekend coverage
- Experience with PACS and Epic charting preferred
- Fluoroscopy and portable imaging experience preferred
- Pediatric, NICU, OR, ICU, LTAC, and trauma experience are a plus
- Previous charge or leadership experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- X-Ray/Radiography and Fluoroscopy proficiency
- PACS operation and image management
- Preparation and administration of contrast media
- Bedside/portable imaging and patient positioning
- Starting peripheral IVs for imaging procedures
- Familiarity with GE, Philips and Siemens equipment
- Infection prevention, isolation precautions and radiation safety
- Comfort with trauma, mobile surgical C-Arm and O-ARM procedures
