Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Day). First week onboarding: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Holiday weeks: 10-hour day shifts as needed to meet expected weekly hours (Day)

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and deliver patient treatments on Varian TrueBeam and Halcyon linear accelerators with precision
- Perform CBCT and kV/mV imaging for accurate daily patient setup and image-guided radiation therapy
- Execute dosimetry checks and electron field setups to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery
- Follow ARIA v15 workflows for chart checks, treatment documentation, and patient record keeping
- Provide compassionate patient care across age groups — adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
- Respond to emergencies appropriately, including use of crash cart and defibrillator when required
- Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and the multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment plans
- Participate in departmental onboarding and training, contributing to a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT) — required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications — required
- Ohio state license mentioned in job details (ensure appropriate state licensure/credentials) — required
- Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience required; 5 years preferred
- Competence on Varian TrueBeam, Halcyon, and ARIA v15 — demonstrated operational experience
- Familiarity with VisionRT/OSMS, DIBH, SRS, CBCT imaging, and dosimetry is strongly preferred
- Comfort working in teaching-hospital or outpatient adult/pediatric settings
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on expertise with TrueBeam and Halcyon linear accelerators
- Working knowledge of ARIA v15 treatment management system
- Proficient in CBCT/kV/mV imaging and image-guided radiation therapy workflows
- Dosimetry fundamentals and electron field setup experience
- Experience with VisionRT/OSMS and DIBH techniques (preferred)
- Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) exposure and precision setup skills
- Emergency response skills including crash cart and defibrillator familiarity
- Strong communication, charting, and teamwork skills across multidisciplinary teams
