Location: Gettysburg, PA
Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift). Specific days determined by facility schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents and patients during overnight hours
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) respectfully and safely
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts
- Ensure patient safety and comfort through attentive observation and quick escalation of concerns
- Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Comfortable and experienced providing overnight patient care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings as required by the facility
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
- Accurate charting and documentation practices
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Clear communication with patients, families, and the clinical team
