Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
- Monitor and record patient condition and vital signs accurately and promptly
- Support the nursing team by communicating changes in patient status and care needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
- Deliver respectful, person-centered care that preserves dignity and independence
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Ability to work the evening shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Compassionate approach to resident care and attention to detail
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of resident care and infection control practices
- Assistance with ADLs (activities of daily living) and mobility support
- Basic observation and documentation of patient condition and vital signs
- Effective communication with residents, families, and clinical staff
- Ability to follow care plans and direction from licensed nursing staff
