Shift Type: Varied schedule (per facility needs), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
- Support safe transfers and mobility assistance to reduce fall risk
- Document patient interactions and care in the facility records clearly and promptly
- Collaborate with nurses and multidisciplinary team members to implement care plans
- Create a positive, respectful environment that supports resident dignity and comfort
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain state certification
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced care environment with a patient-first mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the care team
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an approved CNA training program and current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
- Safe patient transfer and mobility support
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Teamwork, empathy, and effective communication with patients and families
