Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients, delivering dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report notable changes to nursing staff
- Support mealtime and feeding needs while monitoring dietary restrictions
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and follow infection control practices
- Document care provided in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S. (if applicable)
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility for adults
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to pass required background and health screenings
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and ADLs
- Skill in taking and recording vital signs
- Familiarity with infection control and patient safety practices
- Good documentation skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate bedside manner and ability to work in a team environment
