Location: Gettysburg, PA
Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (specific days not provided)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in condition accurately
- Support mobility and safe transfers while using proper body mechanics
- Assist the care team with implementing care plans and communicating resident needs
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Build trust and rapport with residents and families through respectful, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification required
- Active state CNA license or ability to obtain one as required by facility
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtain upon hire if needed
- Comfort and experience working night shifts
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in basic patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Experience with vital signs, charting, and documentation
- Knowledge of infection control and safe handling procedures
- Good observational skills to notice changes in resident condition
- Compassionate interpersonal skills and effective teamwork
