Shift Type: Varied days, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including bathing, dressing and grooming
- Assist with activities of daily living and encourage independence
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
- Help with safe transfers and mobility, promoting dignity and comfort
- Document resident care in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and the clinical team to support coordinated care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Proof of required immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
- Basic life support (BLS/CPR) preferred or willing to obtain
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing helpful but new grads welcome
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved CNA training program and state certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs and safe patient handling
- Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
- Good observational skills to notice changes in resident condition
- Team player who follows care plans and nursing direction
- Respectful, empathetic approach to diverse resident needs
