Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused care while following facility policies and best practices
- Maintain and present required certifications such as BLS and any state licensure when requested
- Complete Trinity specialty competency testing and other assigned competency assessments
- Adhere to immunization, respirator fit testing, and screening requirements to ensure a safe environment
- Accurately document care, screenings, and any required health statements or test results
- Collaborate respectfully with the interdisciplinary team to support excellent resident outcomes
- Participate in onboarding and any required training to stay current with facility protocols
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- Active and verifiable professional license or certification as required for your role
- Ability to pass License/Certificate Verification and Trinity specialty competency testing
- Successful completion of Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and any required background checks
- Fit test completion and respirator evaluation as required
- Up-to-date immunizations or documented proof of immunity: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza
- PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot) tuberculosis screening as required
- Physical/health statement and Trinity Color Vision test clearance
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of infection prevention practices and immunization requirements
- Familiarity with respirator use and fit testing procedures
- Comfort with competency testing and following structured assessment guidance
- Clear communication and teamwork skills in clinical settings
- Attention to detail when completing health screenings, documentation, and compliance paperwork
- Ability to adapt to per diem scheduling and varied assignments
