Shift Type: Rotating AM/PM and evening shifts including weekends; exact start/end times vary by assignment. Schedule includes both full-time and part-time roles (3 FT, 2 PT).
Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide professional mobile X-ray services using portable DR or CR equipment at nursing homes and post-acute facilities
- Acquire clinically diagnostic and technically competent radiographic images for physician-ordered exams
- Perform EKGs as required and transmit studies to cardiologists for interpretation
- Transmit digital images and EKG data to Radiologists/Cardiologists promptly and accurately
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and care for portable imaging equipment and your assigned vehicle
- Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documentation daily per protocol
- Communicate efficiently with dispatch, management, peers, and client facility staff to coordinate care
- Follow regulatory and safety standards, maintain required certifications and licensure
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- Active California state radiology license required (limited licenses not accepted)
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- COVID-19 vaccination required or documented exemption with supporting paperwork
- Comfortable pushing/pulling 50–100 lbs (with ramps/pulleys to assist) and performing physically mobile work
- Experience in mobile diagnostics or working in nursing homes/post-acute care preferred
- Strong communication skills and dependable professionalism when interacting with clients and dispatch
Education
- ARRT certification and maintenance of required state radiology licensure (California)
Knowledge & Skills
- Portable digital radiography (DR) and computed radiography (CR) operation
- Image acquisition, patient positioning, and radiographic technique for mobile settings
- EKG performance and secure transmission to cardiology
- Digital image transmission workflows and PACS familiarity
- Basic equipment maintenance and vehicle care for mobile operations
- Paperwork scanning and billing documentation best practices
- Regulatory compliance knowledge (ARRT standards and state licensure requirements)
