Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray and radiographic examinations with accuracy and compassion
- Position patients correctly and operate imaging equipment safely
- Ensure radiation safety and adhere to infection control protocols at all times
- Complete Trinity Skills Checklist and Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing as required
- Maintain clear, accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver excellent patient care
- Complete required health screenings, respirator evaluation, and fit testing
- Participate in license/certificate verification and maintain required credentials
Qualifications
- Valid radiologic license/certificate (will be verified as part of onboarding)
- BLS certification (required)
- Demonstrated experience in X-ray / radiography
- Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
- Respirator evaluation and fit test completed per facility requirements
- Current immunizations/health screenings as listed (COVID-19, MMR, Tdap, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, 2-step PPD or IGRA, physical/health statement)
- Successful Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and color vision screen
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in radiographic techniques and patient positioning
- Strong focus on radiation safety and infection control practices
- Comfortable following competency checklists and standard operating procedures
- Good communication skills and patient-centered bedside manner
- Ability to maintain accurate imaging records and collaborate with clinical teams
