Shift Type: Varies (3 night shifts per week, blocked schedule; mix of 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM - 4:00 AM), includes every 6th weekend worked (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekend call every 12 weeks, Night shift

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate Siemens and GE MRI systems to acquire high-quality diagnostic images
- Deliver compassionate patient care, including patient positioning and safety screening
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams using Epic EMR and Fuji Synapse
- Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records in the EMR
- Adhere to MRI safety protocols and ensure a safe scanning environment for patients and staff
- Troubleshoot basic scanner issues and escalate technical problems appropriately
- Participate in weekend coverage and on-call rotation as scheduled
Qualifications
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required
- Experience with Siemens and GE MRI equipment
- Familiarity with Epic EMR and Fuji Synapse
- Ohio license required if you are a Radiologic Technologist by degree
- Comfort floating occasionally to a nearby HealthPlex
Education
- Associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology or related field, or equivalent training
- Radiologic technology education if applicable (Ohio license required for Rad Techs)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong working knowledge of MRI protocols and pulse sequences
- Proficiency with Siemens and GE MRI system operation
- Experience using Epic EMR and image management with Fuji Synapse
- Excellent patient positioning and communication skills for high-quality imaging
- Familiarity with MRI safety screening, implants, and contraindications
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and escalate issues when needed
