Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (day shift); flexible start between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM; plus one self-selected weekend shift per month
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality inpatient physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans
- Use basic and specialty rehab equipment (parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling/hoyer lifts) safely and effectively
- Document patient care clearly and timely using Sunrise Allscripts
- Collaborate with OT, ST, nursing and therapy leadership to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage patient caseloads efficiently while maintaining patient-centered care and safety
- Provide acute care interventions for cardiac, vascular and orthopedic patients
- Participate in unit staffing, occasional floats, and the department's weekend coverage rotation
Qualifications
- NH Physical Therapy License (must have)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must have)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (acute care experience preferred)
- Experience with inpatient therapy, patient evaluations and treatment
- Familiarity with Sunrise Allscripts documentation (preferred)
- Vestibular experience preferred but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills for acute care populations
- Skilled in use of basic rehab equipment and safe patient handling techniques
- Comfortable working with cardiac, vascular and orthopedic diagnoses
- Clear, professional documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to float to different inpatient units and cover ED when needed
