Location: Austin, TX
Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Day Shift, No Call, No Weekends
Candidate Pay Rate: $85 - $59.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform advanced obstetric imaging and fetal anatomy scans with precision and compassion
- Conduct biophysical profiles and Doppler studies to support maternal-fetal care decisions
- Image fetal cardiac structures and assist with fetal echocardiography when indicated
- Support invasive procedures such as amniocentesis and CVS by providing imaging guidance
- Document exam findings accurately in the medical record and communicate results clearly to the care team
- Collaborate with MFM physicians and multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
Qualifications
- ARDMS certification required
- MFM ultrasound experience with OB/GYN registry
- Experience with fetal echocardiography or demonstrated ability to proficiently image fetal cardiac structures
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sonography experience preferred
- Fetal Echo Registry is a plus
- Experience with high-risk obstetric imaging preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in fetal anatomy scanning and obstetric imaging protocols
- Skilled in biophysical profiles (BPP), Doppler studies, and fetal echocardiograms
- Comfortable supporting amniocentesis and CVS imaging needs
- Strong patient communication and ability to provide calm, clear instructions
- Familiarity with ultrasound equipment, image optimization, and PACS/EHR documentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume women's health environment
