Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; some scheduled Saturday cases; On-call (at least 12 shifts/month)

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the interventional team during cardiac catheterization and related procedures, ensuring smooth case flow and patient safety
- Operate and troubleshoot Philips and Siemens imaging equipment with precision and confidence
- Prepare and maintain sterile field, supplies, and specialty equipment for procedures such as PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC, PCI, IR, and neuro cases
- Use Meditech and MacLab to document care, track case details, and support accurate charting
- Maintain radiation safety practices, including competency with panning x-ray table procedures
- Support and mentor junior staff and learners, contributing to a collaborative learning environment
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- RCIS certification required (panning x-ray table competency expected)
- BLS and ACLS required
- Minimum 1 year of interventional/cath lab experience
- Familiarity with Philips and Siemens imaging systems and with Meditech/MacLab EMR
- Comfort working in a fast-paced procedural environment and participating in on-call rotations
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of cardiac cath lab procedures and protocols
- Experience with electrophysiology (EP) procedures, PVI, PPM, EPS
- Familiarity with vascular and interventional radiology (IR) and neuro cases
- Strong aseptic and sterile technique skills
- Proficiency in imaging system operation and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially for mentoring junior staff
