Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered physical therapy care during daytime shifts
• Document clinical care and progress thoroughly in EPIC to ensure continuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement treatment plans
• Participate in Trinity specialty competency testing and maintain required skills
• Adhere to facility licensure, certification verification, and infection-control requirements

Qualifications

• BLS certification (required)
• License/Certificate verification as required by the facility (will be validated)
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Ability to meet personal health requirements (COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B, influenza, 2-step PPD or IGRA, fit test, Trinity 10-panel drug screen, physical/health statement)
• Experience using EPIC is noted in the job details

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable documenting and navigating EPIC electronic health record
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with competency-based testing and compliance processes
