Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Manage personal branding initiatives for leadership/executives
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content
- Use CRM tools to manage audience relationships and track campaign performance
- Write engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates
- Conceptualize and produce video content
- Utilize AI tools for content creation, analytics, automation, and marketing optimization
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in video creation & editing tools (Canva, Heygen, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email campaign tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, design, and analytics
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
