Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Schedule varies; every other weekend required. Night

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Support safe patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
- Follow infection control practices and facility policies consistently
- Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and staff to promote coordination of care
- Contribute to a positive unit culture by supporting teammates and assisting with unit needs
Qualifications
- Valid LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) or T-LNA credential (VT/NH licensing aligned with job region)
- Ability to work night shifts and every-other-weekend rotations
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility (explicit requirement)
- Current basic competency in patient care; recent clinical experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LNA training program and current state LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfort with activities of daily living assistance and patient hygiene
- Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy unit
- Familiarity with infection prevention and safety protocols
- Dependable documentation and charting habits
