Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility to promote independence
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of care and observations
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
- Support a warm, respectful environment that preserves resident dignity
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Pennsylvania certification preferred)
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable providing direct resident care and performing standard CNA duties
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting)
- Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
- Knowledge of infection prevention and resident safety practices
- Clear documentation and basic charting skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff
