Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care for patients, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect
- Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly, communicating changes to the nursing team
- Support safe mobility and fall-prevention measures while assisting patients with transfers and ambulation
- Maintain clear, timely documentation to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance
- Assist nursing staff with care tasks as delegated, contributing to smooth clinical operations
- Follow infection control standards and facility policies to keep patients and staff safe
- Build positive relationships with patients and families through empathetic communication
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification required
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant program or equivalent training
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background checks and any facility-required screenings
- Local candidates only — must be able to reliably commute to Concord, NH
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program (LNA) required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs and patient hygiene with respect and compassion
- Competent with taking and documenting vital signs and observing patient status
- Familiarity with basic charting and willingness to learn facility EMR processes
- Knowledge of infection prevention, safe patient handling, and resident safety practices
- Good time management, organization, and the ability to prioritize patient needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a calm approach in busy clinical settings
