Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; schedule cycles 4x12 one week and 3x12 the next (night shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
- Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly to the care team
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly in the chart
- Support activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in North Carolina (or eligible to obtain NC licensure)
- Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN training program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and flexible rotation patterns
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of medication administration and documentation best practices
- Skilled in basic clinical assessments and monitoring vital signs
- Ability to provide safe patient handling and assist with ADLs
- Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
- Good infection control practices and attention to detail
