Shift Type: Per-diem schedule (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening / Second Shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and mobility needs
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs and resident status
- Support the nursing team with safe transfers and turning schedules
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate changes in resident condition
- Create a warm, respectful environment that promotes resident dignity and comfort
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification valid in Pennsylvania
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
- Up-to-date immunizations per facility policy
- Reliable, professional, and able to work a per-diem schedule including evenings
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong skills in resident personal care and assistance with ADLs
- Basic knowledge of infection prevention and control practices
- Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Good communication and teamwork skills with residents, families and staff
- Comfortable using electronic documentation systems or willing to learn
