Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; schedule: 4 twelve-hour shifts one week and 3 twelve-hour shifts the next week (every other week rotation)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes in condition
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team members to implement care plans
- Deliver timely wound care and other clinical procedures as ordered
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up needs
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
- Help foster a positive, respectful environment that prioritizes patient dignity
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
- Completion of an accredited LPN training program
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Ability to work the rotating 12-hour schedule (4x12 one week / 3x12 next)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Local to the Pembroke area or able to commute reliably (LOCAL ONLY)
Education
- High school diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited LPN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and safe dosage calculation
- Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Wound care and basic clinical procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
- Infection control practices and standard precautions
- Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
