Shift Type: Per diem schedule (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening/PM shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting with compassion and respect
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report any concerning changes to the nursing team
- Support patient mobility and transfers using safe body mechanics and assistive devices
- Provide basic care and comfort measures while maintaining patient dignity and privacy
- Document care activities clearly and timely in the patient record to support continuity of care
- Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members to advocate for the patient
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain upon hire
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced care team
- Demonstrated compassion, strong communication skills, and reliability
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing care principles and patient safety practices
- Skill in taking vital signs and observing changes in patient condition
- Ability to assist with mobility and safe transfer techniques
- Familiarity with documentation best practices and basic charting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide patient-centered care
