Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Support residents with mobility, toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
- Document care accurately and maintain clear, timely notes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
- Collaborate with the care team to promote dignity and comfort for each resident
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
- Valid state-required credentials for practice in Pennsylvania, as applicable
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar settings is a plus
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care procedures and ADLs
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate observations clearly
- Basic infection control practices and safe handling techniques
- Time management and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
