Shift Type: As scheduled (Per diem), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift) - days as scheduled
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Take vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Observe and document resident behavior, skin condition, and intake/output
- Support a team approach to delivering person-centered care and dignity
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in good standing
- Active CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to pass background check and required facility screenings
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude toward residents
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training completed and active certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in basic resident care: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting
- Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
- Knowledge of infection control and proper PPE use
- Able to document observations clearly and follow care plans
- Team player with good time management and prioritization
