Shift Type: Per diem (as needed), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting with compassion and respect
- Measure and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support safe patient transfers and ambulation while following facility protocols
- Maintain a clean, comfortable environment and help with feeding as needed
- Document patient interactions and care tasks clearly and timely
- Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Class: CNA)
- Current state certification or eligibility to work in Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Prior experience in long-term care, rehab, or similar settings preferred but not required
- Current CPR/BLS preferred or willing to obtain
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CNA training program completion and active certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control practices
- Ability to take and record vital signs reliably
- Comfortable assisting with mobility, transfers, and ADLs
- Good observation skills to recognize changes in patient condition
- Teamwork and basic documentation skills
- A compassionate approach and respect for patient dignity
