Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the nursing team
- Support safe transfers, mobility assistance, and personal hygiene needs
- Follow facility protocols for infection control and patient safety
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Contribute to a positive, person-centered environment that prioritizes dignity
Qualifications
- Current LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant certification (required)
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) and the posted rotation
- Local candidates only (position is local-only)
- Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
- Previous long-term care or acute care experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completed LNA training program and current state LNA license
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and ADL support
- Basic vital signs and documentation practices
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Infection control and standard precautions
- Team communication and reporting changes in patient condition
- Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
