Shift Type: Per diem, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift; days vary)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding and toileting while preserving dignity
- Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team and families
- Participate in care planning and contribute observations that improve resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Active CNA credential in Pennsylvania or eligible for state reciprocity
- Comfortable working evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and flexible per-diem shifts
- Willingness to complete facility-required health screenings and background checks
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completed CNA training program and current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of basic nursing care and ADLs (activities of daily living)
- Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
- Patient transfer and safe mobility techniques
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Compassionate resident-centered care and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate changes to nursing staff
