Shift Type: Days to be scheduled, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assist residents with activities of daily living
- Support safe transfers and mobility while promoting resident independence
- Document care and observations accurately and promptly
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff and leadership
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Active/state-appropriate healthcare clearance and immunizations per facility policy
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; resident-focused attitude
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an approved CNA training program and current certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled at assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating)
- Basic patient observation and reporting skills
- Safe transfer and positioning techniques
- Knowledge of infection control and resident safety practices
- Comfortable with documentation in electronic or paper charting systems
- Teamwork, time management, and adaptability in a busy care setting
