Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and document patient condition and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with safe transfers, positioning and mobility needs
- Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team
- Follow care plans and contribute to a respectful, patient-centered atmosphere
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent (see Education section)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass facility background and health screenings
- Comfortable assisting with mobility, ADLs, and basic clinical tasks
- Reliable, flexible, and a team player who thrives in fast-paced care settings
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families
- Hands-on patient care skills: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting
- Safe transfer and lift techniques
- Basic clinical documentation and charting
- Understanding of infection prevention and safety protocols
- Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
- Attention to detail and respect for patient dignity and privacy
