Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing and mobility assistance
- Assist nursing staff with vital signs, documentation and basic clinical tasks
- Support safe and comfortable environments by following care plans and facility protocols
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families and team members
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse in charge
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused atmosphere and help maintain unit cleanliness and safety
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential — Pennsylvania certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused attitude
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar settings is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completed state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control practices
- Ability to safely transfer and ambulate residents using proper body mechanics
- Comfortable with documentation and following care plans
- Good observation skills and the ability to report changes accurately
- Teamwork, reliability and a positive bedside manner
