Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, assisting with ADLs like bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
- Assist with safe transfers and use of mobility aids to promote independence
- Support mealtime needs and document intake as required
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and follow infection control practices
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
- Build trusting relationships with residents through respectful, dignified interactions
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification valid in Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift and able to pick up per-diem shifts
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings or immunizations
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings a plus but not required
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an approved CNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident rights
- Familiarity with basic infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to accurately observe and document resident condition
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for older adults
- Basic mobility assistance and safe transfer techniques
