Candidate Pay Rate: $45.5 - $45.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, delivering hands-on, person-centered care
- Assist residents in improving ADLs, functional mobility, and independence to enhance quality of life
- Accurately document treatments and patient progress to support clinical decisions and continuity of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective, patient-centered rehab plans
- Adhere to facility policies and state regulations to ensure safe, compliant care
Qualifications
- Active California COTA license (required)
- SNF experience preferred — new graduates with strong clinicals are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and documentation skills to clearly convey clinical findings
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing member of a rehab team
- Comfort working with geriatric populations in a skilled nursing facility setting
Education
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program (required for COTA licensure)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of ADLs, functional mobility training, and geriatric rehab principles
- Skilled in clinical documentation and progress-note writing
- Ability to follow treatment plans and implement skilled interventions under OT supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration
- Familiarity with SNF workflows, safety practices, and state regulations
