Candidate Pay Rate: $84 - $80 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide immediate medical attention to patients in critical condition, including administering medications and following treatment plans
Stabilize and monitor patients, collaborating closely with physicians and the care team
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families about care and next steps
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of medical histories, treatments, and patient status
Contribute to an efficient, safe ER environment by following protocols and supporting unit operations
Lift, move, and assist patients and equipment safely, maintaining a high standard of care

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) credential appropriate for practice
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
PALS certification required
Comfort and skill in triage and emergency nursing care
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical nursing knowledge specific to emergency care
Patient assessment and triage skills
Clear, compassionate patient and family communication
Accurate clinical documentation and record keeping
Teamwork and collaboration with physicians and allied health staff
Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital setting
