Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans to restore function
• Deliver hands-on therapy and guided exercise programs with compassion and skill
• Document patient progress and outcomes clearly and timely in the clinic record
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of services
• Maintain clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Minnesota Physical Therapist license (required)
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Comfortable providing hands-on therapy and rehabilitation in an outpatient setting
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to pass background checks and meet onboarding requirements

Education

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred; BS/MS acceptable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
• Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and outcome measurement
• Proficient with clinical documentation and electronic health records
• Ability to evaluate musculoskeletal conditions and implement effective plans
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients of all ages
