Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and support of cardiac catheterization procedures including LHC, RHC, and PCI
• Operate and maintain cath lab equipment (GE imaging systems) and help set up devices like Impella and IABP
• Provide procedural support for PPM implants, shockwave interventions, and vascular/peripheral cases
• Monitor and manage equipment for patients on mechanical ventilation when needed
• Document procedural details and patient information accurately in Meditech
• Collaborate with RN and physician team members to ensure smooth case flow and high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience (as listed in the job posting)
• Demonstrated experience with Impella and IABP devices and working with vents
• Hands-on experience with cath lab procedures such as LHC, RHC, PCI and PPM
• Familiarity with GE imaging equipment and Meditech EMR is a plus
• Independent, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and positive approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac cath lab workflows and sterile technique
• LHC, RHC, PCI, PPM, shockwave procedures
• Use and troubleshooting of Impella and IABP
• Experience supporting vascular/peripheral interventions and EP cases
• Competence with GE imaging systems and Meditech documentation
