Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report important changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility, and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with nurses and clinical staff
Support a positive patient experience by being attentive, respectful, and professional

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required depending on facility)
Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility health requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and assistance with ADLs
Vital signs monitoring and documentation
Infection control and safety procedures
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
