Shift Type: Rotating: 4×10 day shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; plus one 14-hour night call per week; one full weekend (Friday–Sunday) every other week — rotating coverage including day shifts, nights and weekends

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the interventional team during diagnostic cath, PCI, EP, device and structural procedures with focus and calm under pressure
• Prepare and maintain sterile field and procedural equipment for a variety of cardiac interventions
• Monitor patient status, manage invasive lines and imaging equipment setup during procedures
• Participate in on-call coverage and provide safe, competent care during night and weekend rotations
• Complete required competency exams, skills checklists and specialty assessments to maintain high standards
• Ensure all required license/certification verifications and health screenings are completed prior to assignment start

Qualifications

• BLS certification (required)
• Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam, Prime Skills Checklist and Prime Specialty Exam (per checklist)
• License/certificate verification completed as required by facility
• Ability to pass required health screenings and occupational health requirements (drug screen, fit test, immunizations, TB/PPD, etc.)
• Comfort and experience working in cath lab environments (diagnostic cath, PCI, EP, cardiac devices, structural procedures)
• Willingness to work rotating 10-hour shifts, participate in night call and cover scheduled weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience in Cath Lab procedures: diagnostic cath, PCI, EP, cardiac device cases and structural work
• Familiarity with procedural setup, sterile technique and instrumentation
• Patient monitoring and peri-procedural care skills
• Ability to work effectively on a fast-paced interventional team and respond to on-call duties
• Comfort completing competency testing and maintaining required certifications
