Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory tests and procedures accurately and reliably
- Collect, process, and analyze blood, urine and tissue specimens with care
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and troubleshoot routine issues
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and media to support consistent testing
- Enter and manage results in the laboratory information system (LIS) with precision
- Follow SOPs and safety protocols to maintain a safe, compliant lab
- Maintain quality control records and participate in continuous improvement
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare teams to support patient care
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Laboratory Technician or similar role in a clinical laboratory setting
- Position listed as CLT/CLS (title indicated in job posting)
- Proficiency in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, coagulation, urinalysis and blood banking techniques
- Experience using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) for accurate data entry and management
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and good communication/teamwork abilities
- Phlebotomy experience or hospital laboratory experience is a plus
- Ability to relocate to Culbertson, MT prior to start (relocation required)
