Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day) with some scheduled Saturday cases; on-call coverage as needed including night/on-call shifts (at least 12 on-call shifts per month)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of cardiac catheterization procedures including PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC and PCI with professionalism and attention to patient safety
- Support interventional and IR cases as needed, including neuro procedures when required
- Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment such as Philips and Siemens systems during procedures
- Accurately document procedures and patient data in Meditech and MacLab
- Maintain radiation safety and imaging best practices, including proper use of panning x-ray table when indicated
- Provide clear communication and compassionate care to patients and families throughout their episode of care
- Mentor and educate junior staff and students to promote a strong, knowledgeable team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant cath lab/interventional experience
- ARRT certification required
- RCIS certification required and experience with panning x-ray table
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Comfortable with Philips and Siemens imaging systems and Meditech/MacLab documentation
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend cases
- Strong teamwork and teaching mindset to support unit staff
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on interventional cath lab skills (PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC, PCI, IR)
- Electrophysiology (EP) and neuro case experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Meditech and MacLab electronic medical records
- Familiarity with Philips and Siemens imaging platforms
- Radiation safety practices and operation of panning x-ray table
- Excellent communication, critical thinking and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment and mentor others
