Shift Type: Variable days (schedule to be confirmed), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, every other weekend required, day shift

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
Perform timely and thorough documentation in the resident record
Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff and supervisors
Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to meet resident needs

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential in Vermont (VT); NH credentials noted in job title
Reliable transportation required for this local assignment
Availability for every other weekend coverage as required
Willingness to work evening shift hours (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Able to perform physical aspects of resident care and safe resident handling
Dependable, punctual, and a team player

Knowledge & Skills

Resident care fundamentals and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Basic vital sign measurement and infection control practices
Clear and respectful communication with residents, families, and staff
Accurate charting and attention to detail
Time management in a fast-paced long-term care setting
Teamwork and flexibility
