Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate Elekta Versa HD linear accelerators to deliver high-quality, daily radiation treatments
• Perform CT simulation and set up patients accurately for IMRT, IGRT, CBCT and 3D treatments
• Support CyberKnife procedures and collaborate with physicians for stereotactic cases
• Document treatments and patient care thoroughly in Mosaiq EMR to ensure continuity
• Follow safety protocols and QA procedures to protect patients and staff
• Coordinate with the radiation oncology team to prioritize patient needs and optimize throughput
• Provide clear, compassionate communication and education to patients and their families

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience
• Hands-on experience with Elekta linacs (must have)
• Mosaiq EMR experience (must have)
• CT simulation experience (preferred)
• Experience with CRad motion management (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, self-starter attitude, and ability to work well in a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Linear accelerator operation and treatment delivery (Elekta Versa HD)
• IMRT, IGRT, CBCT and 3D treatment workflows
• CT simulation setup and image acquisition
• CyberKnife (Accuray M6) familiarity
• Mosaiq EMR proficiency
• Patient positioning, immobilization and radiation safety best practices
• Ability to perform under volume-driven schedules while maintaining quality
