Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, supporting LHC, RHC and PCI with precision
• Set up and maintain cath lab equipment and GE imaging systems so each case runs smoothly
• Support advanced device procedures including Impella and IABP placement and management
• Monitor and care for patients on ventilators during procedures and recovery
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians as part of the three-person case team to ensure patient safety
• Document procedures and patient data accurately in Meditech to maintain excellent charting standards
• Maintain sterile fields and follow unit guidelines to uphold high quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years cath lab experience (explicit requirement in the posting)
• Hands-on experience with Impella, IABP and ventilator support (must-have skills)
• Proven cath lab skills including LHC, RHC, PCI and peripheral/vascular interventions
• Comfortable working independently and contributing to a positive, hardworking team culture
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR and GE lab equipment

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac catheterization procedures (LHC, RHC, PCI)
• Mechanical circulatory support devices: Impella and IABP
• Use and monitoring of ventilators in procedural settings
• Peripheral/vascular intervention and EP experience (preferred)
• Experience with Meditech electronic medical records
• Operation and troubleshooting of GE cath lab equipment
