Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive ultrasound studies with a strong emphasis on vascular exams (carotids, arterial and venous studies) and vein mapping
• Conduct pediatric and general sonography exams while maintaining excellent patient care and comfort
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment such as Logiq E9 and Logiq E10 and specialized vascular devices
• Document findings accurately in Cerner and PACS and ensure timely, clear communication with the care team
• Assist in ED and OR settings and support invasive procedures when required
• Collaborate with unit staff, float to IR or ER when needed, and contribute to efficient patient throughput

Qualifications

• ARDMS and/or RVT certification preferred; RVS considered a plus
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound/sonography experience (including vascular studies)
• Comfortable performing a high percentage of vascular exams and vein mapping (upper and lower extremities)
• Experience working with PACS and Cerner documentation systems
• Ability to work in fast-paced settings including ED and OR and to float to IR/ER as needed
• Professional, patient-focused communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Vascular imaging and vein mapping expertise
• General sonography and pediatric ultrasound skills
• Proficiency with Logiq E9 and Logiq E10 ultrasound systems
• Doppler/TCD, ABI/Parks-ABI techniques
• Familiarity with PACS and Cerner electronic documentation
• Ability to perform AV fistula/graft and renal artery studies
