Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and vascular studies with accuracy and compassion
• Operate ultrasound equipment and document images into GE Centricity PACS
• Apply RDMS/RVT protocols and maintain high-quality, reproducible imaging
• Provide excellent patient care: position patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort
• Collaborate with physicians and the imaging team to support patient diagnoses
• Maintain competency through Trinity specialty testing and skills checklists
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and required health screenings

Qualifications

• BLS certification (required)
• RDMS or RVT credential preferred or required as indicated
• Experience with GE Centricity PACS
• Experience with PIC (as noted in engagement details)
• Ability to pass Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist
• Successful completion of required health screenings (drug screen, immunizations, fit test, vision, TB/IGRA, etc.)
• Valid license/certification verification as required by state/facility

Knowledge & Skills

• Diagnostic ultrasound imaging and vascular ultrasound techniques
• Proficiency with PACS systems, especially GE Centricity
• RDMS / RVT best practices and protocols
• Patient positioning, safety, and bedside manner
• Image archiving, documentation, and workflow efficiency
• Ability to work independently on night shifts and communicate with care teams
